Our design team is dedicated to you. Each stylist is highly educated, experienced and passionate about what they do. Each stylist has completed our initial training program, participates in continuing education as well as our on-site monthly leadership education classes. These classes are provided by world-renowned educators such as Redken, Rusk, So Pure, American Crew and Lanza. 

Our team of stylists continues to pursue and update their craftsmanship in hair cutting, styling and colouring to ensure the highest quality service.  We understand the value of education and the role it plays in providing our clients with consistent top-notch styling techniques.

Owned by 4 sisters who have dreamed of inspiring one’s unique inner beauty and self-confidence to shine through, i.e Beautiful You. One of the sisters---distinguished stylist, Deborah Clark keeps North Raleigh’s clientele stylish and beautiful with her signature cuts and coloring techniques. The sisters grew up in Long Island, New York. Their background is in Business, Information Systems, Marketing and Hair design.
