At Lux Salon, we’re constantly searching for the best products on the market. We only sell products we believe in and because of this, we feel confident that you’ll be satisfied with the products at our salon. However, if you feel your purchase was not the right one for your hair type, please let us know within 7 days and we’ll be happy to provide you with a product that better suits your needs.

Service Guarantee
Our first priority at Lux Salon is beautiful, healthy and manageable hair. If you feel your hair requires any modifications from its original service at Lux Salon, please let us know within 7 days of your service. As we do not offer refunds, we will certainly work with you to ensure satisfaction of service(s) rendered.

Cancellations
All cancellations and missed appointments without 24-48 hours notice are subject to a charge of 50-100% of scheduled service. We provide confirmation calls and texts 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Please note that we are not open on Sunday’s therefore any changes to a Monday reservation are required to be made on the Saturday prior to your Monday reservation.

Appointments
We appreciate your promptness, please arrive 10 minutes early to appointment. To ensure a calm, safe and focused environment, we kindly request that our guest’s do not bring their children to appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Gratuities
Gratuities are very much appreciated, however we do not accept gratuities on debit or credit cards. Please use cash, Venmo or personal check to your stylist.

Gift cards
Unused value cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
